01 · THE PROBLEM
The best model in the world starts your Monday knowing nothing about you. So you brief it. Tomorrow you brief it again. Meanwhile, half of how the company actually works lives in a few senior heads and a thousand old threads, and you are the one carrying the context between them. That is the job you never applied for.

02 · THE SCORE
Every decision you have made, every exception you have allowed, every lesson that cost you something: it is all written down somewhere, or spoken by someone. Mensara gathers it into the score, plain files in a git repository, in your own account. A deterministic gateway serves it to every person and agent you permit, and refuses everyone else. No model ever decides who sees what.
If you have heard people call this a company brain, this is that, with one difference: a brain becomes a Mind when it is governed.
03 · HOW IT WORKS
Your Mind's first session is an interview, not an upload. It learns who you are, what you are carrying, and where the knowledge lives, then proves itself in the same sitting: three real answers to three real questions, receipts attached.
Knowledge rots quietly. Your Mind flags what is going stale, proposes the update, and waits for your yes. Nothing enters the score without a human hand on it.
Ask once. Chat, agents, the tools you already use: every surface answers with your full context behind it. Minutiae handled before you notice them. You stop managing and start conducting.
04 · RECEIPTS
Every access leaves a signed, hash-chained receipt: what was asked, what was read, what was held at the gate. And when something is not in the score, your Mind says so. "Not in the score" is an answer, not a failure. Visible imperfection beats claimed perfection.
05 · OWN IT
Mensara runs the machinery so you do not have to. But the Mind itself, the repository, the keys, the receipts, sits in your account. Clone it any afternoon. Read every file. And if you ever leave, it leaves with you, working. We refuse to hold it for you on principle: what someone runs for you, they hold over you. Not here.
06 · WHO IT IS FOR
The founder everyone routes through. The partner who is the institutional memory. The professional whose practice is their edge. If your work is knowledge and your knowledge is scattered, a Mind is for you, whether you run five hundred people or just yourself. The boundary is work, not seniority.

07 · THE FOUNDING COHORT
