Xanadu Labs LLC operates Mensara. We built it because valuable company context should survive a busy week, a tool change, or a new colleague without being copied from one person's head each time.

What Mensara does
Governed access
A gateway checks identity, capability, and policy before it serves a file. Each person and agent sees the context granted to them, with a signed receipt for what was read or refused.
Reviewed change
Agents and teammates can propose updates. A human reviews what should become part of the record, and Git keeps the history so a change can be inspected or reversed.

What makes Mensara different
The record is readable
A Mind is plain files with history, not a hidden collection of snippets. You can inspect the source an answer used and say plainly when the record has no answer.
Policy goes first
Access is decided before content reaches a model. The permission check does not depend on a model deciding whether it should have seen something.
Both answers leave evidence
Granted and refused access both produce signed, hash-chained receipts. That gives a team something concrete to inspect when it asks what an agent used.
Changes wait for review
A suggested fact is a proposal until a human accepts it. The version history shows what changed, when, and why.
You can take it with you
The Mind's files and history are portable. The application keeps customer knowledge off the account control plane; the hosting arrangement determines who can operate the underlying infrastructure. See the data boundary.
