Mensara is useful when people and assistants repeatedly need the same work context, while needing different access to it.

Try one recurring job that is grounded in records your team maintains. For example, ask an assistant to prepare a handoff, find the current decision, or bring a new helper up to speed. The assistant should show the sources it used so you can decide whether they are the right ones for the job.

For a customer meeting, a person and an assistant may both use relevant account notes. The assistant still sees only the notes its own access permits; access does not appear because a colleague has it. This is an illustration, not a promise that every assistant will return the same answer.

Mensara is less suitable if the work has no reliable sources to maintain, no one can decide what belongs in each area, or you expect automatic truth and unlimited access. A current or approved note has a recorded status, but it still needs human judgment when the decision matters.

Reading a note also does not let an assistant change it. It may need separate permission to suggest an update, and a suggestion is not a saved change unless its result says it was applied.

Start with one question whose answer you can check against the source. If that saves time and preserves the boundaries you need, expand from there.
