Before you install

Sensors and capture

Calendar Sensor 0.1.0. A read-only sensor that ingests calendar events into the meetings capture zone. Requires Core 0.18.5 or later, an authorised installer and google. Setup route.

File Drop Sensor 0.2.0. A read-only sensor that captures files dropped on the box (text, Word, Excel, PDF, PowerPoint) into the inbox capture zone. Requires Core 0.19.11 or later, an authorised installer and the installed file-drop capture service. Setup route.

Gmail Sensor 0.1.0. A read-only sensor that ingests new mail into the inbox capture zone. Requires Core 0.18.5 or later, an authorised installer and google. Setup route.

Granola 0.1.0. A read-only sensor that captures your Granola meeting notes and transcripts into the inbox. Requires Core 0.20.2 or later, an authorised installer and granola. Setup route.

Telegram Sensor 0.1.0. Read-only capture of Telegram team chats through a bot into the inbox. Requires Core 0.20.8 or later, an authorised installer and telegram. Setup route.

Memory Promotion Review 0.2.0. Donates the read, draft and disposition actions the weekly memory-promotion review loop composes against the memory review queue. Requires Core 0.19.4 or later and grants for its job. Model-driven work also needs an owner-approved app model route and budget. Installation route.

Morning Brief 0.1.0. An owner-scheduled app that drafts a daily briefing from inbox updates. Requires Core 0.19.5 or later and grants for its job. Model-driven work also needs an owner-approved app model route and budget. Installation route.

Weekly Review 0.1.0. A scheduled model-driven app that drafts a weekly review of brain updates. Requires Core 0.19.5 or later and grants for its job. Model-driven work also needs an owner-approved app model route and budget. Installation route.

Network Flows 0.5.0. Owner-configured peer delivery actions with review-held inbound flows. Requires Core 0.20.2 or later and grants for its job. Network use also requires an authorised connection and enabled workspace support. Installation route.

Connected services

Google supplies the read-only account connection used by Gmail Sensor and Calendar Sensor. Granola and Telegram use their own named connections. The owner connects the service and grants its use to the installed app; the credential connection alone does not start capture. Connection setup.

Check what is usable

An entry in the selected catalog does not prove that it is installed, connected or producing useful output in your Mind. Check those states before relying on it. The selected Daily + Weekly Digest Relay 0.1.0 contains placeholder output in its published sample, so this guide does not offer it as a working summarisation tutorial.
