Check the organisation and signed-in account
Sign in to the Mensara account site and open Overview. Check Signed in as, Your role, the organisation name and Plan status. If you belong to the wrong organisation, correct the account context before inviting people or changing a plan.
Members manages organisation membership. Your Mind shows the Mind address and its readiness. The account page does not display the records inside the Mind. Choosing teammate access explains the further checks inside the workspace.
Distinguish checkout from readiness
An owner may be offered Choose your Mind address, then Start checkout, when checkout is enabled for the organisation. Use the actual offered price, billing period, tax and terms at checkout. This guide does not promise a universal plan or price.
The account can show payment received while the plan is being confirmed, and payment confirmed while the Mind is being prepared. Open the Mind only when the account offers its ready handoff. A payment confirmation is not a successful connection to the workspace.
If checkout is unavailable or a payment is still confirming, read the message and use Check status when offered. Do not start repeated payments to repair a provisioning delay. Keep the original checkout reference for support.
Open Billing when it is offered
For an owner whose organisation has a billing account, Billing appears when that route is enabled. It opens the provider’s hosted billing page. Inspect the actual subscription, invoices and available changes there. A missing Billing button may reflect role, enablement or the absence of a completed checkout.
Only confirm a plan or payment change after reading its amount, timing and effect. A change in billing does not itself export files, remove every app connection or establish a recoverable backup.
Before transfer or cancellation
Confirm who will own the organisation and keep an accessible copy of the records and history you need. Check backup, recovery and export before asking for a transfer, cancellation or deletion. Agree the effective date and retention consequences with the account owner and the supported service route.
Do not assume deleting a record in the Mind cancels billing, or that stopping a payment revokes every external service credential. These are separate actions with separate results to inspect.
