Choose notifications for this device
In the Portal, open Settings → Notifications when that section is available. Turn on Push notifications and complete the browser’s permission prompt. Notify me about offers Decisions and briefs, All items needing you and briefs, or None.
The setting depends on browser support and the workspace’s push configuration. If the section is absent, it does not establish that there is no work waiting. Check the Portal directly. Changing a notification preference does not approve a request or alter an app’s schedule.
Keep checking the underlying work
Open an alert and inspect the actual request, question or briefing. Reviewing changes explains approval authority. A notification about a briefing means it is ready to inspect, not that every claim in it has been independently verified.
If notifications stop, check this device’s browser permission and the saved preference, then open the Portal to inspect pending work. A preference set on one device does not prove another device subscribed successfully.
Read connection diagnostics in order
Settings → Connection status lists Access configured, Mind reachable, Access token accepted and Version supported. An earlier failure can leave later checks unknown. For example, an unreachable Mind does not establish that a token was refused.
Use the first failing check to choose the next action. Reconnect an account through its supported route; ask the operator to investigate reachability or a version mismatch. Sign-in and reconnection gives those checks in context.
Inspect the affected job
If one app fails while the Portal works, inspect that app’s installed version, run result, schedule, grants, connection and budget. The owner’s read-only health tool can report process health and waiting counts without exposing document contents. It does not grant content access or lifecycle authority.
Send support the affected action, time, version, reference and bounded error. Include whether another harmless read works. Leave out keys, private records and raw model input. Help by symptom points to the appropriate guide.
