The Portal is your Mind's web interface. Its Feed shows activity and work needing you. Inbox provides the combined review list. What appears depends on your account's access and authority.
Start with the kind of request
Open the item and read what it asks. Needs your answer can contain a loop waiting for your choice. Awaiting approval can contain a replacement loop. Records to review identifies decisions or policies whose review dates have passed. Recent demotions and Corrections without a revision explain changes to recurring work that may need follow-up.
A question, a proposed file edit and a proposed loop are different requests. Reviewing changes explains file proposals; correcting a loop explains recurring errors and replacement versions.
Different requests need different decisions
Open the original object before acting.
A held file change needs a review of the proposed edit and its sources. A loop question needs the person’s answer to that case. An overdue operating record needs a review of whether its decision or policy still applies. The combined Inbox helps find these items, but its presence does not grant authority to decide every kind.
Read the evidence before deciding
Check the record, proposal or case the item names. Confirm that the item is addressed to you and that your account can make the requested decision. A generated recommendation is not an instruction that has already been carried out.
Choose the offered answer or approval control for that specific item. If a request requires your explicit words, supply them after reading the exact request. Then inspect its resulting state and, where relevant, the saved source or continuing case. Answering a loop question is a handoff to the workflow; it does not prove the remaining work has finished.
Use a briefing as a starting point
An installed briefing agent can prepare a recurring summary when it has been selected, configured and scheduled for your Mind. Open its sources and proposed output. A draft briefing may itself need review under your Mind's saving rules.
The existence of a briefing app does not establish that it is installed or that today's run succeeded. Install an approved agent and manage an agent explain those checks. No particular briefing schedule is created by reading this guide.
Handle an incomplete Inbox
If the Inbox reports that a read failed or is unavailable, retry the read when the connection is healthy. Do not interpret an incomplete result as “all clear”. If a decision response is lost, keep the original item reference and inspect it before answering again.
